About the Role:

Ryan’s Home Solutions is seeking a dependable and motivated Solutions Pro to join our team. This in-person position is based in Las Vegas, NV and involves traveling to clients’ homes to complete a variety of home improvement, installation, and repair tasks.

We offer flexible scheduling, and team members can work anywhere from 5 to 30 hours per week, based on their availability and the needs of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive to residential client locations throughout Las Vegas to perform a wide range of handyman and installation services

• Complete tasks such as:

• Furniture assembly

• TV mounting

• Closet system installation

• Miscellaneous handyman repairs and maintenance

• A variety of other general home improvement tasks

• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients

• Represent Ryan’s Home Solutions with punctuality, integrity, and quality workmanship

What We’re Looking For:

• Must be 18 years of age or older

• Professionalism is essential

• A strong desire to learn and grow in the home improvement field

• Prior handyman or installation experience is preferred, but not required

• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
